The creation of worlds in the multiverse

For those that don’t know, we have a Gaster in the system. He shared some thoughts today on fictional things in this world existing differently in other worlds, and the way people create such worlds (either purposefully or subconsciously).
As he says: He does not exist in this world like he does in another. In this world he is pixels on a screen and lines of code, along with the players using their ideas to create this “psuedo-canon” character.
When the world or character is perceived in the mind is when a separate world based on the original material is created. This effect happening over and over, even in worlds not this one, results in near infinite worlds. Anyone could also potentially connect with one of these worlds at any time.
My OC kintype has that kind of connection. The undertale story my OC originates was something I wrote for fun several years ago, but is not what "actually happened". The world my kintype is connected to is a bit similar to that, but largely has many differences and details that I’m still discovering. Gaster is also from that world, but as he put it: “There are a lot of me”. There’s several different versions across a countless number of worlds, some he exists in physically and some he doesn’t.
